FAQ

1.Returns and exchanges?

You may return your order (including the packing slip) within 30 days after the parcel has arrived to the access point. The product needs to be in its original condition with all labels attached, the item may not be worn, washed or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control. Please ship to:

Shipping is possible with any carrier. Keep the proof of shipment yourself and keep it until we have processed your return.

2. Refunds

If you have returned something, you will receive your money back via the payment method with which the purchase was made.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your return.
The payment will then follow within a few days to a week at most.
This can increase during busy periods at the sale and at the start of new collections.

 

3. There is a problem redeeming my gift certificate.

Mail to info@tantebetsy.com, then something in the system needs to be changed.

4. How do the dresses fall?

  • The dresses are tight to size, when in doubt always choose a size larger.
  • If you really don't remember, order multiple sizes to fit.
  • Almost all dresses are about 100 cm long, measured from the back shoulder to the bottom.

5. I have a nice dress in mind, but it is no longer in my size or is completely sold out. Will this dress come back?

  • If something is sold out, the exact same dress usually does not return, but the same model, but with different fabrics.
  • Like the Tantebetsy Facebook page, Tante Betsy posts the updates of the stocks, collections and the nice news there.

6. I have received an item, but it arrived damaged. My item is defective after wearing it a few times, what should I do?

    with a note clearly stating:

-name
order number or invoice number
-description of the complaint

Tante Betsy then evaluates the item upon receipt. If the complaint is justified, you will get your money back or you can choose another similar item in the same price or you will receive a gift certificate.

7. I am late with my return:

  • Don't worry, the deadlines are guidelines, we can sometimes deviate from that.

8. I have ordered an item, but my order is pending. What should I do?

  • Something went wrong with the payment (no balance or system error). Cancel your order and order again.

9. How will I be kept informed of new articles / collections?

  • Like the Tantebetsy Facebook pagw, Tante Betsy posts the updates of the stocks, collections and the nice news there.
  • Subscribe to the newsletter.

10. My return has not arrived.

  • Mail to info@tantebetsy.com, then we will check it for you. Don't worry, it will always work out.
  • Handy that you keep your proof of shipment, so we can help you faster.

11. My return has not yet been refunded.

  • It can take a few days for a return to be processed, but it never takes longer than 2 weeks. We are very strict with ourselves in this. If this is the case, please mail toinfo@tantebetsy.com, and mention the order number in your email so that we can solve this for you.

 12. I received the wrong item / I did not order it / the order was incomplete.

13. I did receive a credit note, but I never received the item. How is this possible?

  • Unfortunately, the item you ordered is sold out due to a stock difference. We can no longer deliver it to you, so we will refund the money to your account. A credit note is created to refund this item.
