How do I return my item?

• You don't have to fill in or register anything online.
• Use the same shipping envelope you received from us for the return shipment. Our enveloppe has an additional seal tape.
• Enclose the packing slip that came with your order (so we know who sent it ) and send everything postage prepaid.

• If you use the same envelope as the one we sent you, make sure you tape our address sticker well. This is to avoid confusion, otherwise it will be incorrectly scanned by the post.
• We deliver with free shipping, but return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless Tante Betsy has made a mistake in the shipment or there is a defect in the product. In that case, please contact our servicedesk first.
• Unfortunately, our system is not yet able to exchange orders. If you want a different item, return the order you don't want (it will be refunded) and place a new order.
• Tante Betsy tries to use the size chart as best as possible, but unfortunately the fit of the model can differ from the size chart. Therefore, the values ​​are for indication purposes. No rights can be derived from these values.
